Event Planning & Approval Form
Guidelines
1. Event Submission & Approval:All event proposals must be submitted at least 30 days in advance forconsideration.Event requests will be reviewed by the TAH administrative team, ministry leads,and executive leadership before approval.Approval is based on alignment with TAH’s mission, resource availability, andministry objectives.
2. Facility Use & Logistics:Reserved spaces must be confirmed before publicizing the event.Events requiring facility access outside regular hours must coordinate with a TAHKeyholder.Any damages to TAH property during the event will be the responsibility of the event coordinator.
3. Budget & Financial Responsibility:If the event requires a budget, a proposal must be submitted and approved.Any fundraising or financial transactions related to the event must be processedthrough TAH’s finance department.
4. Security & Safety:Security is required for large gatherings and must be requested in advance.All events must comply with TAH’s emergency and safety protocols.
5. Marketing & Promotion:All promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, etc.) must be approved beforedistribution.Events should align with TAH’s branding and messaging standards.
6. Accountability & Follow-Up:The event coordinator must provide a post-event report summarizing attendance, outcomes,and any challenges encountered. - Feedback from attendees and leadership will be reviewedto improve future events.
TAH Event Policy
The Apostles House (TAH) is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, community
engagement, and organizational excellence through well-structured events. All events
hosted by TAH or affiliated ministries must adhere to the following policies:
